Wooden crates packing option
BTG use 12mm thick recycled hardwood board, no fumigation, hard plastic safety corner,plastic film covering the glass to avoid dirt, with a desiccant inside, to ensure that the glass is dry and not moldy during transportation.
Individual carton packaging options
BTG use 5mm thick environmentally friendly corrugated boxes, 10mm thick foam board lining, 10mm thick recycled hardwood boards around the four sides of the glass to prevent damage to the edges, free transportation,suitable for retail storage of glass tabletops, shower rooms and other products.

What is Hot bending glass?
Hot-bend glass is a curved glass that is heated and softened in a mold by flat glass and then annealed. Hot-bent glass is generally processed in an electric furnace. The continuous hot bending furnace generally has 5-6 rooms, 11-13 stations, and can produce a finished product in about tens of minutes. The intermittent hot bending furnace generally has only one chamber. The temperature rising molding and the annealing are all completed in one room. The processing cycle takes several hours to one or twenty hours, and is suitable for making small-batch large-size hot bending glass.
